Shipping process
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time.  
Delivery times
These periods may be longer during sales seasons, Black Friday or specific promotions. Orders placed after 02:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day and delivery time will increase by 24 hours. After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of purchase. Within 24 hours after your purchase, you’ll receive confirmation from the carrier that your order has been shipped along with all the instructions you need to revise and track your order in real time.  
Order tracking
When your order has left our facilities, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. When you receive the confirmation email, the tracking number might not have been updated yet. But don’t worry, it will be available within a few hours. You can also find the tracking link by clicking on the order in your user profile  
Return & exchange
You have 45 days after delivery to return anything you’re unhappy with. We offer free instant exchanges for customers in the domestic US- meaning a new order will be processed even before you send back the return. We gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return within 45 days of purchase. Our hassle free returns / exchange process can be found here. If you think you received an incorrect or defective product contact us right away and we will help assist you.  
Delivery address
Delivery will take place at the address given at the time of ordering. If at the time of delivery, there is no one available to receive the package, a second delivery attempt will be made in which the carrier will contact the recipient using the number indicated on the order. You can also contact the carrier to arrange order delivery. To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend that you include as much detail as possible in the address, confirming each piece of information and making sure that the contact telephone number provided works.
