HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You have 45 days after delivery to return anything you’re unhappy with. We offer free instant exchanges for customers in the domestic US- meaning a new order will be processed even before you send back the return.

We gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return within 45 days of purchase.

1. SEND AN EMAIL

You need to send an email to info@bydaccas.com to ask for the return or exchange. Please provide the order number, the reference and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. SEND THE ITEMS

We will send you an email with the return address depending on your location.

3. GET YOUR MONEY BACK

You will get your money back in the case of a return through the payment method that you used. Payment will be made within 15 days of the items arriving at our offices.
